For over two decades, GREENLAND® has served Ontario growth-designated municipalities and Conservation Authorities as Engineer-of-Record, Roster Engineer, Model Keeper, and/or Peer Review Engineer — and was recently procured by Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) for new long-term Vendor of Record agreements. GREENLAND® is honoured to be reselected through competitive 5-year contract renewals, including expanding upon past services for the Town of Penetanguishene.

In May 2026, GREENLAND® was retained to develop a City-Wide Stormwater Master Plan for the City of Stratford — replacing outdated foundational planning documents and aligning with Ontario's latest MCEA Detailed Master Planning process. The plan will characterize existing network performance, identify deficiencies, and establish a prioritized roadmap to address current and future climate and growth challenges.

Since 2023, GREENLAND® has completed watermain and forcemain condition assessment projects across Canada, including transmission main work for Union Water Supply System Inc. and additional projects in the Ottawa Region. Earlier this year, GREENLAND® was selected to OCWA's 8-year Vendor of Record roster for environmental engineering services, including specialty watermain, sewage, and stormwater forcemain condition assessment support.

In Spring 2026, Urban Watershed Group Ltd. completed civil engineering support — on time and on budget — for the revitalization of Centennial Park and initial FIFA World Cup 2026 phases in Toronto. Since 2022, GREENLAND® has collaborated with the Alberta Water Council (AWC) on Source Water Protection, deploying its THREATS™ platform to centralize data and risk assessment tools for Alberta's drinking water. Following platform completion in January 2026, GREENLAND® was retained as long-term Model Keeper. The Orbit is a smart city development anchored around a Metrolinx GO Station, designed to grow to a population of 150,000. For over a decade, Urban Watershed Group Ltd., in association with GREENLAND®, has provided complete site plan design engineering and construction administration services. RE: Huntingwood Trail East OLT – Expert Witness Support

On behalf of the Blue Mountain Watershed Trust Foundation (aka ‘Trust’), I would like to extend the Board of Directors’ sincere gratitude to GREENLAND® for its exemplary technical support on the recent Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) case.

GREENLAND® was retained to develop a defendable, 2-dimensional hydraulic model of the Silver Creek system with many accompanying spills, and in the vicinity of the proposed development. Your firm’s expertise and proficiency with 2-D hydraulic modelling - floodplain management projects were also instrumental in achieving an amicable solution with the developer’s engineering team lead. The solution will now protect residents and property from increased flooding impacts associated with the original subdivision plan (and for only this development phase).

This included your impeccable team to always maintain prompt communication between the OLT parties, and providing staff expertise and support for a concurrent public engagement by the Trust. Your team’s attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration approach was also key to identifying an amicable solution by all parties of the OLT, and as part of an OLT Settlement.
