Greenland International Consulting Ltd. is working with the Alberta Water Council (AWC) to provide a centralized location for the data and analytical tools needed to understand and assess risks to drinking water. Our team is delighted in having the opportunity to use our web-based THREATS platform to protect Albertans through this Source Water Protection project. Highlights from our October 1st presentation to the AWC can be viewed here. 



The Orbit will be a cutting-edge smart city anchored around the Metrolinx GO Station at the core of the development. The progressive design delivers a complete, cutting-edge community that is anticipated to grow to a population of 150,000 people.

In association with Greenland International Consulting Ltd., Urban Watershed Group Ltd. has been retained to provide complete site plan design engineering and construction administration services.



The Poplar Regional Health & Wellness Village will deliver Ontario’s premier “Base Camp” for Innovative Health & Wellness. Greenland International Consulting Ltd. has been retained as the Prime Engineer for this world-class development that will include a new regional hospital.

Last year, Urban Watershed Group Ltd. (UWG), was invited by lead architect Cherie Ng Architect Inc. to team on the FIFA World Cup ‘26’ Training Facility within Toronto, Canada.

Given the significant volume of earthworks involved and high priority to address drainage impact and sediment release concerns affecting nearby watercourses, UWG is providing grading, servicing and erosion-sediment control engineering and construction inspection services for all of the training sites.

Landrex

Landrex is currently working with Greenland and business partner, Clearflow Group, to develop strategies to improve the functionality of stormwater management facilities in Landrex's (ie the City's) existing and future communities in North St. Albert, namely within the Erin Ridge North neighbourhood.

Landrex has been impressed with the collaborative and innovative approach that Clearflow and Greenland provide; they are a solutions-based group that are tremendously attentive, responsive and client focused.
